SEWING SCHOOL

In many areas of India, women and children are on extremely vulnerable position. Though a woman always plays major role in family maintenance, economy, child development etc.

The due recognition Is not given to her from any corner of the society. She starts her life in the small hours of the day to arrange comforts to others and work in the fields.

Despite all these jobs she is neither regarded nor paid wages. It is an exploitative system for many women that start at childhood. She is not sent to school and she has to take care of younger siblings and to assist her mother in household work.

With regard to the field of education there is o lot to be improved. Though there are primary Schools in most of the villages, the drop rate is very high. About 45%of the children are dropout.

Before they could complete their 5^th standard, while another 35% before reaching the middle school. The residuary percentage of the children each school final will great difficulty.

Even this section of Ne children comes from the middle class families or the families with economic support but certainly not from the poor. The poor consider children as economic value and sending to school would mean economic loss to them.

These children find placements agriculture, cutting cattle grassing and household work act.. As a result they are deprived of their basic right to education by losing chances of having better life in future.
